Robert L. Allison is an engineer III for Dominion Energy with 12 years of experience working with substation equipment, power station interface, and ground grid design. He earned a BSEE degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2007. He is involved with the IEEE surge protective devices subcommittee and continues industry involvement in CIGRE and the North American Transmission Forum.
