Tadashi Okabe has an M.Phil. degree from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom and an M.Eng. degree from the Sophia University in Japan. He is a specialist and security evangelist at TEPCO Power Grid, Inc. He is responsible for advising on technical aspects of TEPCO PG’s IT and OT systems, system security and communication network, including TEPCO PG’s 30 million smart meters AMI system.
