Mitch Cowen ([email protected]) is a project manager with HDR. He has 12 years of experience with overhead power delivery, including routing and permitting support, line design, structure determination and creation, material selection and procurement, drawing creation and field construction support. Cowen received a mechanical engineering degree from Montana State University.
