Kojiro Shimomugi ([email protected]) is a senior engineer in substation engineering at TEPCO Power Grid Inc. He is a member of CIGRÉ and the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Since joining TEPCO, he now has more than seven years of experience in the development, operation and maintenance of substation equipment.
