Takayuki Kido ([email protected]) is deputy manager of substation engineering in TEPCO Power Grid Inc., a member of CIGRÉ and a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. He joined Tokyo Electric Power Co. Inc. in 1999. His responsibilities include developing the maintenance program for substation equipment.
