Ruochen Song received his bachelor’s degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University and master’s degree from Rutgers University. A senior engineer in the Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Co., Song has been responsible for leading the urban distribution network planning in Shanghai, China, for the last five years. Song is devoted to research on providing a highly reliable, sustainable, and intelligent electric power supply to all end users in Shanghai.
