John Steelman holds degrees in forestry and environmental sciences from the universities of Montana and Colorado, has traveled and worked seasonally as a sawyer and timber cruiser in spectacular locations for the U.S. Forest Service, has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Biosphere Forest Reserve in rural Ethiopia, and now branches out at Grow With Trees to enhance integrated vegetation management planning.
