Vince Panuccio is an engineer in the relay protection and metering section at Con Edison. With the utility since 2013, he is one of the utility’s subject matter experts for geomagnetic disturbance and intentional electromagnetic interference-related activities, among other things. He holds a MSE degree from the New York University Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic Institute of New York University).
