Bernd Richter is an electrical engineer and holds an MS degree in economics. Within Aspern Smart City Research, he was responsible for the infrastructure as well as ensuring the research program can be executed and useful results are transferred to Wien Energie. Richter was previously employed by Wien Energie and is an expert in the energy sector.
