Khaled Kator ([email protected]) is a structural engineering associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). He graduated from California State University, Northridge with B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural. Khaled Kator reviewed compliance of submittals to LADWP Barren Ridge Renewable Transmission Project standards and design specifications.
