Bahiru G. Egziabiher is a strategic advisor for the Transformation and Customer Experience team at Seattle City Light. His responsibilities include managing customerenabling programs: Seattle MeterWatch and the Green Button. He led City Light’s effort in adopting, implementing and certifying the Green Button Initiative. He also leads the vision of customer engagement and value optimization program whose aim is to empower customers and business stakeholders.
