Donald Balfour serves as strategic program manager in the advanced clean technology group for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). In this role, Balfour has been instrumental in the development of SDG&E’s clean technology initiatives, with an emphasis on energy storage, renewable generation and carbon reduction. Balfour holds an MBA degree and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of San Diego.
