2022 Lineman Supplement: A Sneak Peek

Sept. 1, 2022
Each year, T&D World publishes a special supplement celebrating linemen. Here's what's featured in this year's edition.

Every year, I look forward to writing articles for theT&D World' Lineman Supplement, which celebrates the line trade with stories about the hard-working men and women in the line trade.

For this year, we included three feature articles, which will soon be online and included in our Lineman Life newsletter.

  • Veterans in the Line Trade
  • Lineman Hall of Famers
  • Driving Diversity in California Line Work

While our subscribers may have just received the September 2022 print supplement in their mailboxes, the video clip below shows a short overview of what's inside this year's edition. You can also check out the digital edition of the supplement or pick up your print copy at the T&D World table outside the exhibit hall at the 2022 International Lineman's Rodeo and Expo.

In addition, you can hear the stories of the field professionals interviewed for the supplement by listening to our Line Life podcast.

For the August 2022 Line Life podcast episode, sponsored by Huskie Tools, we featured Djon Greer, a new groundman for Southern California Edison and a recipient of the 2021 Lineworker Scholarship.

We are also featuring Veterans Troy Ross and Tyler Klemas of Duke Energy in our September 2022 podcast, which is also sponsored by Huskie Tools,. You can listen to the episodes by visiting our new podcast page or our landing page.
