Lucio de Medeiros ([email protected]) is a senior researcher at LACTEC. He has more than 25 years of experience in energy efficiency, statistics modeling, and forecasting methods applied to the energy sector. He is also a senior researcher at LACTEC Instituto de Tecnologia para o Desenvolvimento. He has previously worked at ICF International as senior energy manager, and at Endesa’s Ampla as an energy market and regulation specialist.
