Tom Jackson is manager of the PLS-CADD and aerial services division at McCord Engineering Inc., College Station, Texas, where he began in 1999 as a field services technician. Jackson understands the data collection needed for engineering and the importance of keeping technology current. He is heavily involved in research and development, and he works closely with Dr. Manyame and PLS-CADD to integrate and use new technology.
