DTE Energy Resources Implements Comprehensive SuccessFactors Solution

DTE Energy Resources has rolled out SuccessFactors to manage its recruiting and compensation processes and goal setting and performance management for 455 employees.

With more than 10,000 employees, DTE Energy is involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide with regulated electric and gas utility businesses that have each been in operation for over a century. DTE Energy Resources is a non-utility (non-regulated) subsidiary that provides energy-related services to business and industry. Similar to most energy companies, the war for talent is an ongoing effort, as DTE Energy faces constant competition to attract and retain outstanding workers. Tracking skill sets, experience, performance and career aspirations for disparate and diverse workforces is a difficult task, but one that greatly affects a company’s overall business success. The company was looking for a solution to manage goals and performance, and chose SuccessFactors, but added the Recruiting and Compensation Management modules as the relationship continued.
