Clean Urban Energy has released its next generation platform, featuring an interactive dashboard and new energy management modules.

The core CUE platform connects HVAC operations in commercial buildings with electric grid operations to take advantage of energy market opportunities. Taking into consideration real-time weather and market data, CUE’s optimization engine can predict and reshape thermal loads to achieve economy, efficiency, and comfort by leveraging building mass to store and release cooling energy throughout the day. CUE’s optimization engine communicates with the central building automation system to automatically adjust zone temperatures to maintain comfort while reducing the amount of electricity a building uses during the highest-priced peak hours.

The new platform will allow the building operator greater visibility, making it easier to manage costs. With the new comfort and ventilation features, buildings will have greater demand flexibility, and therefore more opportunity to shift electric load and reduce costs.
