Watson Wyatt has launched its integrated reward and talent management software suite. Watson Wyatt's system fully integrates its REWARD suite of compensation tools with strategic workforce planning, recruiting, learning, career development, succession planning, performance management and global pay data.
The system is built on a .NET platform that allows optimal flexibility and easy updates and is deployed as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Watson Wyatt's system supports the needs of global clients that require multiple languages, cultures and currencies.
