LeT Systems has announced its participation as a member of SAP's new industry value network (IVN) for utilities.
The IVN for utilities brings together leading utilities companies, systems integrators, technology vendors and independent software vendors (ISVs) such as LeT Systems with SAP to address key business challenges and solutions for the utilities industry.
Paul Ryan, vice president of sales and alliances, LeT Systems, said, "Our membership in the IVN for utilities will further enable customers to leverage the outage management capabilities of the eRespond Suite with the SAP NetWeaver platform, including enhanced integration with many other SAP solutions."
Members of the IVN for utilities will collaborate on automated metering infrastructure (AMI) composite applications and the optimization of asset management programs integrating outage management systems (OMS) and geographic information systems (GIS). The IVN will also work with members of SAP's industry advisory council for utilities comprised of 16 major utilities companies.
