ScottMadden, Inc. will sponsor and present at Edison Electric Institute’s (EEI) Strategic Issues Roundtable, to be held Sept. 28–30, 2016 at the Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin. This meeting is designed to encourage discussion and interaction on the key issues facing the electric power industry.
Robert Durian, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Alliant Energy, will be joined by Steve Sanders, director at ScottMadden, to present, “Everybody talks about strategy, but how do you actually develop one.” This interactive session will cover how to develop a strategy, the steps to creating an enterprise strategic plan, how to engage employees, and lessons learned in the process.
