Burns & McDonnell project manager discusses rebuilding towers in Puerto Rico after hurricane

Jorge Márquez-Sánchez, project manager from Burns & McDonnell discusses the challenges they face as contractors rebuilding infrastructure in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Marquez-Sanchez used to work with PREPA so he is familiar with the system in Puerto Rico. His crew is working on 230kV towers.
