The board of directors for WPT, Inc. has formally announced the sale of Dranetz-BMI, Daytronic Corp., and Electrotek Concepts to Gossen-Metrawatt (GMC-I), of Nuremberg, Germany.
This acquisition assists GMC-I in securing a broad presence and strong sales channel into the Americas.
