Megger has launched the MOM2, a lightweight yet powerful high-current microohmmeter. Features include:
- Lightweight (2.2 lbs)
- High current output (up to 220 A)
- Battery operated (rechargeable batteries)
- Wireless connection (data transfer to PC)
The MOM2 is built on ultra capacitor technology that allows high current output at a small size and light weight. Its primary use is to measure the contact resistance on circuit breakers but is also used in applications where low contact resistance has to be verified.
