Beckwith Electric held its annual Protection Seminar last month in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Participants from across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and as far away as Japan attended the seminar, which included an in-depth study of generator, transformer, and distributed generator (DG) interconnection protection and motor bus transfer. The seminar builds the background needed to understand these complex subjects, even for those with a limited knowledge of power system protection standards and practice.
Beckwith Electric is now registering attendees for its 2012 Protection Seminar to be held Aug. 6-9, in Clearwater Beach, Florida at the Sandpearl Resort. This seminar includes four days of intensive training and instruction, course materials, and the opportunity to interact with our knowledgeable instructors in a casual classroom environment. Participant interaction is encouraged to gain from the shared experiences of others. Opportunities to discuss needs-based case studies and examples are available throughout the seminar.
