Silver Spring Networks Expands Smart Infrastructure Partnership with EDMI

Industry Pioneers Partner to Deliver Integrated Smart City and Smart Energy Solutions Targeted at Growth Markets in Australia and New Zealand, Europe and Southeast Asia

Silver Spring Networks, Inc. has announced an expanded relationship with EDMI Ltd., a global smart meter solution provider, to offer smart city and smart energy solutions in several new regions. Following the successful first phase of deployment with the Singapore Power Group, Silver Spring and EDMI will offer their integrated solutions in Australia and New Zealand, Europe and Southeast Asia. Through the expanded relationship, Silver Spring will also leverage EDMI devices as control nodes to help manage and monitor intelligent street lights as part of the Silver Spring Smart City Solution.
