The app, which can be downloaded for free from both the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android), offers customers a fast, convenient new way to connect with the company. In addition to providing account information and mobile bill payment, the app integrates immediate access to some of the company's most popular online resources including outage reporting and customized information on monthly and annual energy use.
The development of the mobile app builds on the company's other mobile tools, including a mobile-optimized version of www.GeorgiaPower.com, and is the latest way the company is working to make doing business with the company easier.
