E.ON recently chose ExecuTRACK's ETWeb Enterprise for supporting its strategic HR processes for competency management, succession planning, and compensation management. As a result, ETWeb will be deployed on a global scale to support senior-level management in these areas.

Using the ETWeb Compensation Management module, E.ON analyzes and plans various compensation components for all of its managers, such as total compensation, stock options, etc.
