E.ON recently chose ExecuTRACK's ETWeb Enterprise for supporting its strategic HR processes for competency management, succession planning, and compensation management. As a result, ETWeb will be deployed on a global scale to support senior-level management in these areas.
"When looking for a suitable human capital management solution, a critical factor for us was the out-of-the-box functionality. ETWeb offers a best of breed concept based on individual customization as well as flexible and powerful reporting. As a Web-based and multilingual system, ETWeb is ideally suited for worldwide deployment," explains Andreas Gollan, human resources manager at E.ON.
To reinforce the effectiveness of E.ON Group's global succession planning, employee evaluations will be compiled and analyzed in ETWeb to identify high potentials. This comprehensive talent pool can then be analyzed by the decision makers and used to quickly and efficiently fill open projects and positions.
Using the ETWeb Compensation Management module, E.ON analyzes and plans various compensation components for all of its managers, such as total compensation, stock options, etc.
E.ON is one of the world's largest private energy service providers with a total turnover of more than EUR 56 billion and approximately 80,000 employees worldwide.
