Enspiria Solutions continues to expand its geographic information systems (GIS) implementation services practice. Technology and management professionals with more than 90 years of combined experience in the implementation and integration of GIS projects have joined Enspiria.

“Enspiria has extensive experience and expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of various GIS technologies, as well as integrating these platforms with engineering and operations systems for maximum ROI and improved reliability,” said Chip Scott, vice president of operations. “We have supplemented our team with a talented set of individuals whose knowledge and expertise help us continue providing first-class service to our growing client base which includes major electric and gas utilities, cable and telecom firms, and city and county governments.”

The recent additions to Enspiria’s GIS practice include Project Managers Joe Romansky and Will Shepard; Senior Software Engineers Feichi Shih, Chuck Stearns, and Priscila Zardo; and Solutions Architect Joseph Hershman.

Joe Romansky brings 23 years of project management experience in GIS, SCADA, outage management, and job design initiatives. He has experience with multiple technology platforms (ESRI, GE Smallworld, Intergraph), and most recently managed large-scale ESRI ArcGIS and Televent Miner & Miner (TM&M) ArcFM implementation projects.

Dr. Will Shepard is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in GIS, graphic work design (GWD) and data warehousing. He has particular expertise with ESRI and TM&M product suites, as well as with integrated GIS/GWD/work management solutions.

Senior Software Engineer Feichi Shih is an expert in object-oriented design, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and application development. Her background includes supporting an online college course platform and developing various web applications and integrations for utility and government clients.

Chuck Stearns brings 25 years in software and system engineering. His experience includes developing a latest-generation airspace boundary maintenance tool using ESRI’s ArcGIS Engine solution, managing a GE Smallworld GIS application development group, and engineering development for Java-based workflow management systems.

Priscila Zardo brings a background in GIS software development for utilities (water/wastewater and electric), water resources, and planning. Prior to joining Enspiria, she played a key role in ArcIMS- and ArcGIS-based implementations.

Solutions Architect Joseph Hershman brings a background in consulting and custom software development including expertise in C# and the .Net platform. His recent experience includes leading custom development and design on large-scale ESRI ArcGIS and TM&M ArcFM projects including integration of GIS with other enterprise systems.
