Blue Heron Consulting Corporation has announced the successful upgrade of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) system — formerly the PeopleSoft Customer Information System (CIS) — to version 8.95 at Benton PUD in Washington. Blue Heron Consulting led the combined Benton PUD and Blue Heron team through all phases of the implementation. Benton PUD went live with PeopleSoft CIS/ERM v8.95 on Monday, May 8, 2006.
