NISC and Milsoft Interoperate OMS and Customer Care System

NISC and Milsoft have passed interoperability tests for the interface between iVUE Customer Care and Billing System and DisSPatch Outage Management System in compliance with MultiSpeak 3.0 standards.

NISC and Milsoft have successfully passed interoperability tests for the interface between iVUE Customer Care and Billing System and DisSPatch Outage Management System in compliance with MultiSpeak 3.0 standards.

The integration provides utilities two-way, real-time requests for current customer financial data, current outage status, historical outage data, outage detection, outage alerts, disconnects for non-pay, phone updating, billing and service address updates, meter change notifications and other real-time events. Real-time data can be displayed from within NISC's iVUE Customer Care and Milsoft's DisSPatch outage management screens.
