The Tennessee Valley Authority is proposing to rebuild about 3.5 mi of transmission line in the Lynnville area to improve service reliability.
The project would rebuild the existing Columbia-Lynnville 46-kV Transmission Line to 161-kV standards and install associated switches on new structures. This transmission line would supply power to Pulaski Electric System’s Lynnville 161-kV Substation. The transmission line would be built using steel pole structures centered on 100-ft-wide right of way, consisting of existing 75-ft-wide right of way plus 25 ft of new right of way.
