Parting Shot: Train the Trainer Program

Sierra Nevada lineman Ryan Mumma coaches Upper Great Plains lineman Kevin Ripplinger through the procedures of a self rescue from an aerial lift. More than 50 linemen, electricians and communications craft workers from Western Area Power Administration, Bonneville Power Administration and Southwestern Power Administration met at the Mead substation in Henderson, Nevada, for the Train the Trainer program.
