TSTM, Inc. Welcomes National Sales Manager

TSTM, a manufacturer of meter sockets and voltage transformers for the electrical industry, welcomed Carlos Alvarez as its National Sales Manager mid-January.

Carlos is located in Miami Florida and comes to TSTM as a Mechanical Engineer with over twenty five years experience in Quality, Utility Distribution Engineering, Manufacturing and Electric Utility Sales with superb leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong experience with electric utility substation, transmission & distribution products, metering and AMR/AMI Communication Technologies for Smart Grid and power generation.

“Carlos offers a great deal of metering experience,” says Greg May, TSTM President. “We look forward to working with him to continue to get our products and technologies out in the market.”

Carlos’ impressive list of past titles includes International Sales Manager, Executive Account Manager, Project Distribution Engineer, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Carlos graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also has an AA from Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
