Record Snowfall Brings a Flurry of Activity

Boston set a record with nearly 100 inches of snow in the span of a three-week period.

It all started on a relatively quiet January weekend. The talk of Boston at the time was what would come to be known as Deflategate, a controversy on whether the NFL’s New England Patriots had intentionally deflated the footballs they played with in the first half of their championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.
